3rd Party Nav Bar Controls

We are thinking about purchasing a 3rd party vendors controls for Office 2k3 syle nav bars.  Does anyone have recommendations on which one to purchase (there are about a million different options).

that does look nice, but They don't have the outlook bar style control.
