Capturing streaming real player video?

Is it possible, to capture real player movie while it is streaming? Want to capture it to my hard drive.

For what OS? Not much will capture RealAudio or Video because of the closed nature of the media. I have my doubts about the above. Just because something will capture RTSP streams doesnt mean it'll grab a real media stream.
