How to Link JavaScript TextBox with a Dropdown

I have a drop down and a textbox, is it possible that when ABC is typed in the text-box the ABC in the drop down is automatically selected asuming there is a abc in the drop down.

Try this (I tested it with Internet Explorer and Mozilla -on Windows-):

    <select name="dropdown">
        <option value="123" />123
        <option value="abc" />abc
        <option value="def" />def
        <option value="ghi" />ghi
    </select>
    <input type="text" name="textbox" onkeyup="dropdown.value=this.value" />
