How to Link JavaScript TextBox with a Dropdown

I have a drop down and a textbox, is it possible that when ABC is typed in the text-box the ABC in the drop down is automatically selected asuming there is a abc in the drop down.

Try this (I tested it with Internet Explorer and Mozilla -on Windows-):
