It is not enough to setup the printer (and driver) in the development machine. If you have set the paper size to an envelop C5 size, it might turn up in to a letter sze if you try to preview and print it from another PC.<br />

Crystal Report Custom Paper Size

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information.
