Deleted Inbox Folder

One of my user manage to delete inbox folder and the folder is in Deleted Items now. I am not sure how he manages doing it at the first place. It could be some bugs in OWA propably, because he try to delete email in OWA.

Anyway, i have tried to use /resetfolders switch but it's not successful. I have one exchange server and i can't move to different site which other post is suggested.

Can we move/recreate the folder again?

can you export the mailbox on the client to a .PST file, delete and recreated the mailbox again
then move the old messages into the appropriate folders

a way to prevent it
