"Background" tab in Page Properties missing functionality.

In FrontPage 2003 (with SP1) I notice that, compared to earlier version of this app, the following functionality is missing from the PAGE PROPERTIES dialog box (gotten to from FORMAT | BACKGROUND): The "Get background information from another page" checkbox and its associated BROWSE button are not there. Has this feature been discontinued, or have they stuck it elsewhere? (NOTE: The "Enable hyperlink rollover effects" checkbox and its associated ROLLOVER STYLE button is also missing from this dialog box, but this functionality appears to have been relocated to the ADVANCED tab of the PAGE PROPERTIES dialog box. Where have they relocated the elusive "Get background information from another page"?)

As far as I can tell, yes they have been discontinued.  FP might be trying to move towards using CSS more.

You can type the URL but it seems to want to save it on your website.  Maybe they think you might be hotlinking?  You can type it into the source code also & save it while still in source. This will keep it the absolute URL.  But if you try to save it in Design mode - it will try to save the background image
