How can I configure a Windows 2000/2003  server to share a profile with multiple administrators.

I would like to have the same desktop and start menu for all administrators that log on to our servers. There are many programs and utilities that drop icons on the desktop or start menu. When one admin installs something I want the other admins to see it also.
