How to use SpringUtilities.java

Hi all,

I am trying to use a SpringLayout, and in the tutorial it mentions the "SpringUtilities" class.   Just to make sure - if I want to use this I have to download it and add the file into my project?  It isn't hidden in the SDK somewhere is it?

SpringUtilities is not part of Java SDK
