How to create an msi of WinVNC

How can I create an msi install of TightVNC?  I want to roll it out through Group Policy.  I'm not really worried about the settings as I can set those via GPO, but I need to get the files to push out and create the service.

I've packaged it using Wise for Windows installer.

Very intuitive MSI creator, better than any other that I've tried.  You can either manually script msi the install, or snapshot it with the built-in utilities.

A free MSI packager is here:
WinINSTALL LE 2003

I'm trying out both programs.  Here's my question with WinINSTALL LE 2003, I'm having it import the service, and when it does the install, the service just keeps starting up numberous copies.  Any ideas?
