Not sure why it coud be synchronising<br />
Try to remove the present profile going to control panel ---&gt; mail ---&gt; show profiles <br />
before that take a backup of all emails and other outlook data<br />
Recreate the profile to see if that would help <br />

I have Outlook 2003, and it downloads from a webmail server and from my yahoo, both POP3 accounts.<br />

It has this strange and inexplicable habit of synchronzing folders, even though I have never asked it to. <br />
<br />
I'm not even sure how or where the files are being sync'd to.<br />
<br />
This synchronization caused my downloading to slow to a crawl, which is very annoying.<br />

Can you help me turn this off? <br />
