ERROR: Invalid global IP address inside,outside

I am trying to configure my PIX 506e for Pcanywhere until I get the VPN working.  I have a outside static of 172.19.200.55 and an inside static of 10.0.0.254.  I need to access the server at 10.0.0.1 from the outside.  I've tried the following command:

static inside,outside tcp interface 5631 10.0.0.1 5631

Then I get the following error:

ERROR: Invalid global IP address inside,outside

Can anyone help me on this?  I've looked at the other posts on this site, and I'm trying to follow them.  I just keep getting this error so I can't proceed any further.  Thank you.

pix(config)#static (inside,outside) tcp interface 5631 10.0.0.1 5631 netmask 255.255.255.255

You have to use the "( )" parenthesis in the command structure
