Getting weird chars in internet exporer address field...

In Internet Exporer 6....

Has anyone seen the "http:///?%20" characters at the beginning of the address field appear when a web site could not be found?

Why does this happen and how can I get rid of it?

For instance, I click on the Address field at the top of my browser, then type an invalid address like "support.hotmail.com" and the address bar changes to "http:///?%20support.hotmail.com"

It doesn't seem to do it for other sites but I see the "20" a lot...

Hello bganoush =)

I think its hijacking issue... is it ??

Well u can verify it, just Download HijackThis v1.98.2 from here, run it and Save the LOG file:
http://tools.radiosplace.com/HijackThis.exe

Then Post it at this site >> http://www.hijackthis.de/index.php?langselect=english
and it will automatically analyse it for u,,, Fix everything which it asks u to delete :)

Post Back and Good Luck :)
