DeleteGroup API not part of free runtime licence Crystal 8.5

I would like to call the Report.DeleteGroup function of the Crystal CRAXDRT object (v 8.5) however when I do so I get a message that says : You are using an API that is not part of the free runtime licence agreement.  Before distributing this application, you must purchase a licence from Seagate Software.

I've looked on their website to see if I can find out what I need but as 8.5 is no longer supported that is proving difficult.  Can anybody tell me what I need to get hold of.

Thanks

So far as I know you simply need to purchase the runtime licenses for CRAXDDRT.  Crystal may be able to help you.

I was under the impression that CRAXDRT was royalty free and the royalty required calls were all in CRAXDDRT.

Look at
http://www.businessobjects.com/products/reporting/crystalreports/licensing/previousversions.asp#thickclient

Read the paragraph about Royalty Required APIs.

Call BO at the numbers on page.  A reseller may still have runtime licenses.

I didn't get much joy with Crystal - they pointed me here... http://support.businessobjects.com/library/kbase/articles/c2008905.asp but by this time I'd decided to handle it a different way.  I simply modified the data set to return a single ID instead of different ones when the group in question was not to be shown.. that way I only had one first level group and my subsequent groups displayed correctly.
