Outlook 2002 - installing on a new pc - how to transfer from old pc

I purchased a new pc and will be loading Outlook 2002 on the new pc.  How will I get all of my contacts, e-mail etc. from my old pc to the new pc in Outlook 2002.  Old pc is win98 new pc is XP Pro.  Thanks...

for all settings try the FAST wizard

Transfer Outlook data from Office 2000 Win 98 computer to Office 2002 XP computer

first you do export from the old machine as discribed in the link, then copy that file in your new Pc and import those ....
