We are currently using the Migration method but it seems that the transfer is running really slow. What is the recommended method of moving data out of Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003?

Move mailbox seems great. So how do I set this up? What type of connector should I be using? Do I need to setup dir repl.? What about public folders?

Sorry for so many dumb questions.
