I need a semi-transparent panel (even with the option to setup the amont of transparency). The purpose is to use semi-transparent panel on top of Timages. Can I do it in delphi or anyone knows a component (preferably &nbsp;a freeware)? It need to work both in win 98 and win XP.<br />
