MS-SQL Transaction locking whloe table

Well I m using MS-SQL Server and having desktop application. When i applied SqlTransaction to insert a row in table it locks whole table
How its possible to prevent to lock whole table

Look at this one and use SqlConnection.BeginTransaction(IsolationLevel)
Set the Isolation Level that will be best for you.
