Thanks for your info. Currently i am using Windbg tool to debug the user dump file, that i got along with the watson log. But i dont know exactly how to use this tool. I tried to anlyse the dump but i was getting some error regarding the symbols. i installed win 2k sp3 symbols, which is the client OS, still i am getting the same problem. wht can be reason.<br />
any help?<br />

I am working in a VC++ project. While running one of our services, one server is generating Dr.Watson error. I have Dr Watson log and user dump at that time. How to analyze these logs to find out the reason for the crash of my server.<br />
