How to create easily MacOS GUI based application using existing ANSI C++ code.

I have an ANSI C++ code library for parsing Nexus file format. I'm interested to create relatively simple GUI application, which has to use the underlined library. I need such an application to run on MacOS. I've never programmed on MacOS or for MacOS. I have a VC++ 6.0/.NET versions of such application. Please suggest solution/s for either translating the application to be able running on MacOS or for creating a new GUI based application, using ANSI C++ code.

I'll be much appreciated for any help,
German

I know of no Mac OS X cross-compilation products - and you would still need a Mac to test your code.
But be careful.  Once you start using Apple's (formally NeXT's) development evironment to write
software, you might not go back to using a Wintel PC.  (I didn't.)

Thanks, but what about using emulators like SoftMac. Are they sutible for developing?

emulators fall into two classes (sometimes both at the same time):

Ancient history:  Softmac will not run any Mac OS version or Application that has been written in the last 10 years.
It only emulates a Motorola 68000 CPU and only supports Mac OS versions up to 8.1.

Glacier Slow:The most recent PowerPC emulator for PC (drawing a blank on the name) boots up Mac OS X in only 90 minutes.
