My question is mainly about security. I would like to know if it is possible to enforce a users GPO when getting authenicated by our RADIUS server through PEAP. They are not a member of the domain they just have domain accounts to authenticate with. Is this possible?

Thanks

No, sorry.

A GPO can only apply to a user when that user is actually logged on and authenticated through the domain with a machine that is also a member of the domain.
