Shortcut to "Search.....For People"

First of all i'd like to acknowledge that Experts Exchange is by far my favorite IT related website.  I'm proud to be a paying member.  I am looking for a shortcut to the following link:

Start, Search, For People in Windows XP Pro.  I'd like to push a desktop icon out to my machines as this address lookup would be preferred by our IT Department.

Thanks in advance,
Ellis

If you could get a shortcut right to the "Find People" button, that would be even better..... Thanks for answering so fast!
hmmmmmmmmm that is not Impossible.... but not easy !!
coz when we launch wab.exe, we are opening an application, i.e an exe file and we can easily create a shortcut to exe files
but when we are hitting Find People button, we are executing a command and not an application.... !!

and what u are asking,,,, is to create a shortcut to that command which executes Find People window from wab.exe... and that comes in Programming..... and in which im less than Null !! =\

so if someone knows tha command or the way which wab.exe is using to execute the Find People window.... he can easily tell us to how to create a shortcut to launch Find People window directly !!  =)
You can use
rundll32 dsquery, OpenQueryWindow
rundll32 dsquery, OpenQueryWindow will get you to Find Users, Contacts and Groups which is helpful thank you --- but what we'd really like is shortcut straight to "Find People".  I'd really appreciate the solution if anyone knows?

The result of:
Start, Search, Printers Computers or People, People in your address book (default start menu)
or
Start, Search, For People (classic start menu).

 thanks!
another web solution posted this:
PATH: C:\program files\outlook express\wabfind.dll
KEY: HKCU\software\microsoft\wab\wab4
CLSID: {32714800-2E5F-11d0-8B85-00AA0044F941}

Not sure how to make use of it though
