flash to change a textbox value

Hi all experts.
I am developing a web page that has a form with some input textboxes and a small flash slider.
A visitor can move the slider left to right or the other way.
What I want to do is change the value of a input text box in terms of the location of the flash slider.
The input box is not a part of a flash clip. It is just a normal html input box.
Is there a way to change the value in a textbox with flash?

You won't be able to update an HTML textbox with a flash object. HTML is static, as in once it loads it will remain as it is until the page reloads again.

You could fairly easily put an input text field and submit button in your flash movie and let flash do what the html was going to do, but html can't do what flash can do regarding dynamic updating.
