I need  an example with source code for an application wich post some data to a http server, and download results using http protocol.
I have coded using FPiette's ICS component but when running behind a firewall and proxy combination under NT server stopped to work.
Tried TWinHTTP from utilmind.
Both stops requesting Proxy authentication. Tried supply with username and password but doesn't work.
Is Indy 9 a choice?

Yes, Indy can handle proxy, firewall, tunneling, etc. This is the best choice
