The system is Windows 2000 SP4 using Arcserve 9. The Ultrium 2 drive is connected using SCSI. Windows seems to see the drive OK and Arcserve can Inventory all 8 tapes. However when you attempt to backup more than 1 tapes capacity ity appears &nbsp;to fall over like Arcserve can only see that there is One tape. No auto spanning is happening and then when you manually move the tape 2 to read position the message please insert next media tape goes away and then looks as if it is continuing with the job however it falls over giving no error messages anywhere.<br />
Anyone seen this before <br />
