Adserver Links, and do they affect pagerank
Hi,
I've got a client (new site) who's advert appears on a local newspaper website - the section that it appears in has a good pagerank (5)
The link is composed of the following elements:
http://ads.domain.com/click.asp?id=999&url=http://www.clientdomain.com
Will this have ANY effect at all on the SE's rankings, and will the SE spider find the website in question or will it treat it as a doorway page?
More details on the exact domain and page can be given if required.
Mike
