I've got a client (new site) who's advert appears on a local newspaper website - the section that it appears in has a good pagerank (5)<br />

The link is composed of the following elements:<br />

<br />
Will this have ANY effect at all on the SE's rankings, and will the SE spider find the website in question or will it treat it as a doorway page?<br />
