Hello Guyz,

I'm currently working as a Web Developer for Gestetner (Private) Limited. Its a multinational firm dealing with various machines of photocopiers and fax devices. I work for the PC Business department. Actually I'm being assigned the task in which I need ur help the most. I've to prepare a case study and presentation on the behalf of any company implementing ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. I've to summarize them for the next forthcoming seminar. I've to focus on the following steps:

 - Company Introduction
 - Difficulties before ERP implementation
 - ERP Implementation within a company
 - Package(like SAP,PeopleSoft,etc )
 - Strategy applied for that ERP
 - Time period of ERP implementation
 - Benefits obtained from ERP implementation
 - Effects on Productivity

Plz do send me ur quotations or suggestions following the above steps. I'll b highly obliged to u for your promptness.

Well the topic is not specified to ERP. It must focus on the ERP implementation, benefits, strategies, packages used and so on.

Free Tool: Subnet Calculator

The subnet calculator helps you design networks by taking an IP address and network mask and returning information such as network, broadcast address, and host range.

One of a set of tools we're offering as a way of saying thank you for being a part of the community.

Here are some ideas, but they may be a bit off topic for you.

be sure to get a large number of ERP solutions since there is a huge range in prices and features.

[large applications}
PeopleSoft
Oracle
SAP

[Medium apps]
Great Plains
JD Edwards
Lawson
Epicor

also, don't forget to include training costs.  PeopleSoft classes run between 1,000 and 3,000 per person per class (1 week training at a PeopleSoft site like Chicago IL, Miami FL, Pleasantan CA, New Jersey, Ohio, etc).  It folks had to take an average of 4 classes and functional leads needed at least 3 classes.  I believe our company spent about 50K on PeopleSoft training (including travel expenses).

I've a lots of works to do here n can understand ur feelongs too. But I'll be obliged to u if u do send me a full-fledged material regarding the ERP implementations either via e-mail or by forum. I'll be obliged to u. So plz think abt it..........
