htaccess error pages IE problem

Hi,

I have created a simple htaccess file to direct a Custom 404 page.

The only row in this file is:

ErrorDocument 404 /not_found.htm

The problem is the IE won’t execute it, rest of the browsers it works fine.
Anyone have an idea how to love this?

Change it  to:

ErrorDocument 404  http://yourdomain.com/not_found.htm
