Does anyone know how to shade every other row in Crystal Reports?  I was thinking that there is a formula to pick the even/odd records and put that formula in the background color formula section on the details section.

Thanks

Report -> Section Expert.  Pick the section you want (details probably).  Click the color tab, then click the formula (X+2) button and enter this:

if remainder(recordnumber,2) = 0 then crWhite else crBlue;

Of course you can use whatever colors you want, it doesn't have to be white & blue.  You can also use crDefault to allow whatever color you've already set and you can use RGB(x,y,z) to specify a custom color.
