In my company, our helpdesk system works through Outlook. The problem is when I try to create tickets, it has to access my address book every time a new ticket is created. When I do this, I get the message, "A program is trying to access email address you have stored in Outlook" and every time I have to agree. Basically, I know this is for protection against viruses, but is more annoying than anything. Is there a way to disable this? Thanks.
