Disable Outlook Warning Message

In my company, our helpdesk system works through Outlook.  The problem is when I try to create tickets, it has to access my address book every time a new ticket is created.  When I do this, I get the message, "A program is trying to access email address you have stored in Outlook" and every time I have to agree.  Basically, I know this is for protection against viruses, but is more annoying than anything.  Is there a way to disable this? Thanks.

I guess this should be a perfect A grade as this is the best way so far seen to solve the security update .... If you donot want it to come , you should uninstall the security update but that is not good either
