Missing contacts after moving to SBS 2003

I have just moved a number of workgroup computers to a Small Business Server 2003 domain using the http://servername/connectcomputer wizzard.  Seemed to work well except, several users are complaining that their Outlook contacts are now missing.  In fact, one (the most critical) says when she starts to type in the "To" field of a new email, her contacts show up... but her "My Contacts" area is empty.

Does anybody have any ideas of where the contacts have gone?  And why they might still appear under the "To", "CC", and "BCC" fields of a new email message?

Thanks a lot!

Hi scottatdrake,

Most of the time this solves the issue

Open outlook
Right-click on Contact in the left navigation pane and go to properties
go to outlook address book (TAB)
and check " Show this folder as an email address book"
press OK and check the contacts
