Hi Everyone

We have 4 exchange 5.5 servers.  When we try and run exmerge we get the following error

The procedure entry point GetComputerNameExW could not be located in the
dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

We have exmerge in the bin in Exchsrvr folder and its the latest exmerge from MS

Any ideas

Paul

I have used exmerge too, the only thing is i can only use it on the exchange server itself, where are you running it on???

Aside from that there are 4 permission sets you need to adjust, these permissions are described in the manual that comes with it.

I've also needed to add user rights on the mailboxes themselves, because it runs on the exchange server itself, the logon account used on the exchange server also needs user rights on the mailbox you want to export/import/transport for exmerge.(that's in my case)
