.Net example for Msxml2.XMLHTTP.4.0

I am trying to use a Electronic Funds Transfer Service from my ASP.Net Application.  The only examples the service provides is in ASP / vbscript.

What is the .Net equivilant of Msxml2.XMLHTTP.4.0 and can you show me a brief example to get me started?
