ADD FOLDER TO  USER ROAMING PROFILE

How can i make a roaming directory (that goes forward and back in all workstations with the roaming with user profile in a workstation (with Windows XP) and a Windows 2000 Server with Active Directory ?

In advance i appreciate your help

Any subdirectory of My Documents folder will roam.
