The document root of the web server where you are trying to install the server extensions already contains a disk-based web

Ok I have a problem I have looked at the solution to this question but that won't work for me.  When I try to update the frontpage extensions this is what I get.  I can't create a new web or change the ip address.  Any suggestions.  I can't run a form without fixing this.

oh my gosh i finally figured it out after forever

if you are having this problem go to this whitepaper and run this cmd  it worked
