microsoft word and iis

I am running IIS 5 on xp pro with ms word 2003  andtrying to run this script

  response.flush
  WordApp.Documents.Open(TemplateFile)

but I get this error

Microsoft Word error '800a175d'

Could not open macro storage.

/code/admin/global/dasmailmerge.asp, line 189
I do have norton disabled
