Hi there

In the clients there should be a grc.dat file in the Symantec program folder.  This is the password file for the clients.  You can do two things.

1) delete the file (this means that it should not be password protected
2) create a new grc.dat file on the server by soing client administration set your password and replace (on the server located - C:\Program Files\SSC\TOOLS\AVSERVER\CLIENTS\WIN32
