Do you want to have a static IP address bound to PPP0 after connecting with pppoe?<br />
Does your ISP provide you with a static IP?<br />
If not, you might want to look at using Dynamic DNS (<a href="http://www.dyndns.org" rel="ugc">http://www.dyndns.org</a>) or EasyDNS (<a href="http://www.easydns.com" rel="ugc">www.easydns.com</a>) so that you can have a single DNS name for the PC - no matter what the IP is.<br />

I had traced the rp-pppoe server source code and found that all ips it prepared to assign clients as free sequential ip pool. &nbsp;The only way to achieve my goal is to coding that fnuction. &nbsp;<br />
