What a nightmare. I have to keep maintain 10000 inbox items and 10000 sent items for audit and legal reasons. and growing every day<br />

Lets say I have emails from and to Fred Bloggs. I will have occurrences of all of the following <br />

Fred Bloggs<br />
Bloggs, Fred<br />
'Fred Bloggs'<br />
'Bloggs, Fred'<br />
fbloggs@hotmail.com<br />
Fred Bloggs (fbloggs@hotmail.com)<br />

and so on and so forth.<br />

I need a program that can run through all the emails in each folder and cleanse each address into just Fred Bloggs.<br />

I also need to configure outlook so it uses a consistent format in future. Although I suppose I could rerun the cleanse program periodically.<br />
