Just added a new laptop running Windows XP to the network. Used the XP drivers to set up the laptop. It prints just fine to the two main drawers. Other PC's on network are W2k Pro. They work fine - selecting all 4 drawers. The XP driver only shows 2 drawers and the other 2 are grayed out.

Have you set up the accessories in the driver?
look in advanced>printing defaults>installed accessories.

If that is not available, try using the manufacturer`s driver. You can download it from

n.b.sorry if that was not too clear- the extra 2 drawers are an optional accessory, which the print driver needs to be told about
