Programmatically install SSL Certificate

Hi,

My hosting company wants to charge me a monthly charge in order to have SSL. I have created my own certificate and would now like to know if there is anyway I can use / install this without having to get the hosting company to do it. e.g. to programmatically install the certificate on IIS...
