IM Messaging in windows 2000 server

I;m looking for third party software that can do chating like MSN but not msn, yahoo, aol or ICQ.

I want this software can be install on windows 2000 server and be able to manage it from windows 2000 server, i dont want to use msn on exchange server.

Or anysoftware that add on for windows 2000 server
