Ok guys here are some easy points.

I am looking for a web based software development collaboration software piece. I know of sourceforge and like their setup a lot but I am looking for something that I can run on my own servers and keep internal. Anyone know of a solution? Preferably one that runs on linux/apache

Thanks,
Acid

as version control system you can use CVS or subversion

as communications platform you should have a look on eGroupware or phpgroupware (both run on apache with PHP)
