Query Engine Error: '220:Out of range'

I'm getting this error when I try refreshing all reports that connect to an Oracle db via Remedy ODBC.
We are on Crystal Reports 9 Advanced.

Can anyone point me where to find version 9.2.0.561 of the crdb_odbc.dll?  I've contacted Crystal to no avail, installed from two different Crystal 9 distributions, 8.5, and the archived hot fixes and service packs.  Closest I've gotten is 9.2.0.581 which doesn't solve the problem installing 10 has created.

As a start to your question.
Unistall CR10
Install your CR9 (original disks)
Install the service packs until you get the desired version.
