Can an option button be invisable and set to selected with a value?

I have a set of option buttions in a group of 4
They are each set as not selected and have values ranging from 1 to 4.  If the web viewer does not select any of the four in the group, I'd like for a value of 0 to be selected.

I know that if I add a 5th option button, select it and assign it a value of 0, what I need will result.  One hitch:  I don't want the 5th option button visable or taking up space on the form.

Help!

Hi,

The easiest way is to keep the default value in the table for this field as 0.  If the user selects an option the value will change accordingly.

Example:
-----------

You have a field in the table called Level
The OptionGroup on the form is called Level and has 4 values from 1 to 4.
In the table keep the value of Level field as 0
If the form submits null value for Level field,  the 0 will not change,  otherwise,  the 0 will be replaced by the value selected on the form.
