How can a DB be attached to MSDE 2000, without using Sql Server components as Query Analizer or Corporate Administrator?

Use freeware like DBAMGR2K, or write your own VB program to connect to it through ADO and then issue the sp_attachdb command. Personally though, I'd restore the DB or script it. I've always been scared that attachdb might go wrong due to server differences !

Use the built in OSQL from a batch file/command prompt.
