Is there a way to pull up all of them at once instead of having to scan an entire year to find them all?

I need to clean up multiple calendars.

what you can do is in calendar view | choose | view | arrange by | current view | events
this will result in a complete filter on all events recurring or not [which you can sort on in this view]

this is for OL2003 not sure what your version is, but the view menu can be used for this type of action

hope this helps a bit
