Where can I get dotnetfx.exe?

Greetings,
I am working through Amit Kalani's book in preparation for Exam 70-315(Developing and Implement Web Apps w/ C# and VS.Net). Chapter13 deals with Deploying a Web App. In working through the exercises, I come to an exercise 13.2 which deals with creating a setup project using the Setup Wizard. All is proceeding as predicted when, near the end of the exercise, I am instructed to set the solution configuration to Release, then navigate to Release folder and run setup.exe. I get a warning which states: WARNING: This setup does not contain the .NET Framework which must be installed on the target machine by running dotnetfx.exe before this setup will install. You can find dotnetfx.exe on the Visual Studio .NET 'Windows Components Update' media. Dotnetfx.exe can be redistributed with your setup.
I can get it to work fine by using the Install from that project's context menu (there are several projects in the solution) but it just bugs me that it won't work both ways. Answers, anyone?

Thanks Sean,

I had pretty much arrived at the same conclusion almost simultaneously. Now I have another one for you. Look for a new post in Web Dev from bob_aloo.
