Dealing with Duplicate Pages Made Without My Knowledge

I recently discovered that several duplicate pages have been made of several different web sites that I had that were doing well in the search engines.  The url was not mine, but everything else was a direct copy of my site and the link took you to my site when it was clicked on.  Problem is all of my sites that were copied were recently dropped from the Yahoo index, most likely I'm told by experts, because yahoo thought I was trying to create duplicate mirror pages.  What legal rights and or actions can I take against these companies / urls that created these pages?  I'm having little or no luck with tracking down contact information for most of them as it is either non existant or false. Is there a way to prevent it from happening in the future?  The whole thing has really hurt my business and cost me lots of money in lost revenues.

Use the DMCA option, for Yahoo the procedure is described here http://docs.yahoo.com/info/copyright/copyright.html

Here is a general explanation of DMCAs http://www.seologic.com/faq/dmca-notifications.php for search engines.
