I have PC Anywhere setup on two networks.  I am unable to gain access from outside the router at either location.  I'm pretty sure I have all the ports set up properly, it was working for a time.  It still works just fine from inside the router.  What am I missing?

Make sure to check with network administrator or system administrator , if any changes have been made to the network.
if you are in total control of the network , did you install any new software or tweak anything in the firewall .

Check if there is any change in the router configurations .

Did you update any software or add any fix to windows OS ?

You may want to reset all configurations and start over again to see if that helps.

Did not answer my question directly, but the link suggested updating the firmware of my router and it seems that solved the problem.  Thanks.
