How to add my application button in IE Toolbar.

My problem is how to add our custom button in Internet Explorer Toolbar programatically.
I want to  create a program to add my Application button in toolbar of IE using VB.Net.
What is solution for this or what can i do for this problem.

Idel Mind posted a good URL. You need to 'hack' into the window's registry. Try searching for extensions if you require more help.
